Consumables and PPE vending
Dispensing equipment issues stocked consumables and PPE to an identified employee, replacing an open shelf with a recorded point of use.
Industrial Vending & Asset Control
Vysix designs vending, locker, and asset-control programs, then connects the resulting activity to your ERP and Vysix BI so the data is usable.
What Vysix connects and controls
Dispensing equipment issues stocked consumables and PPE to an identified employee, replacing an open shelf with a recorded point of use.
High-value tools and serialized equipment are issued and returned against a specific user or job, with overdue and shortage visibility where the equipment supports it.
Locker systems handle bulkier or shared items with the same custody model: issue to a person, expect a return, flag exceptions.
Item mix, site layout, and accountability needs drive which dispensing, locker, and crib equipment gets deployed.
Issue, return, and replenishment records move into a Vysix-hosted data platform and are reported through Vysix BI, and can feed ERP workflows once scoped.
Where the Vysix Integration Engine is used, connectivity is initiated outbound over TLS 1.2 on port 443, with no inbound listener required.
What a program can control and record depends on the equipment and platform selected; Vysix does not manufacture vending or locker hardware.

Vending and crib equipment can work together: consumables move through dispensing cabinets while higher-value tools stay on a checkout record. See the point-of-use inventory guide and tool control in an MRO maintenance operation.
How the engagement works
Three phases, each with a defined output before equipment goes on order.
Walk the sites, the item mix, the trades supported, and today's issue process. Identify where accountability and usage data are weakest.
Select vending, locker, and crib equipment against the item mix and access-control needs. Define user groups, planograms, and restock ownership.
Confirm which platform runs the equipment, scope the ERP and reporting connection, and set up the Vysix BI views the program will use.
